Refund Policy

The tuition deposit is non-refundable. Students are expected to use the entire amount in the first two terms of enrollment at UCW. Any portion of the tuition deposit not used in the first term will be credited to the student’s second term as a non-refundable payment toward tuition and fees at UCW.  Students who do not attend and do not have an approved leave of absence during this time will forfeit the balance of the tuition deposit.

notes on fees

1. Student must complete all assignments to be eligible for audit status.

2. If a student has a financial hold applied to their account, this fee is required to release the hold and re-establish the account. The hold will only be released upon full payment of the balance.

3. The graduation fee must be paid upon application for graduation. It is refundable only if the applicant is ineligible to graduate. The graduation gown is provided at no additional fee if attending convocation, and the fee includes one free transcript and graduating credential.

4. If not registered for University Canada West classes for more than 1 year, this readmission fee must be paid.

5. The first copy of the official transcript is $10. Additional copies are $8 per transcript. All transcripts are sent through regular mail. Tracking costs an additional $10.
